Why I learn new skills?
After learning a new language to surprise my multilingual girlfriend in only 3 months, I realised how enjoyable and rewarding it was to learn a new skill. Now I want to learn as many skills as possible.
It made me realise how I've been wasting my free time. Instead of entertaining myself with a new Netflix episode, I could be learning a new skill that'll open new doors and opportunities. I finally understand the importance of education over entertainment.
Perhaps you’ve found yourself in the same boat and you want to change your life around? There are so many benefits with learning new skills, here are just a few that come to mind:
Be more confident with yourself
Be more interesting
Meet new people
Gain new experiences
Become more productive
The list is endless.
